Siblings

Luke cried as we sat in traffic on the way home from swimming this afternoon.  Vivian stopped reading her book and started making silly faces and sounds to distract him from her carseat. It didn't work at first, so she said "I'll try something different.  I'll be MORE silly!"  Sillier sounds came from the backseat. 
Luke stopped crying.  And then he was full-on belly laughing.  Then we were all laughing.
My heart was so full at the kindness of my daughter and the adoration my son has for his sister.  
I love being their mom.
