OBT2N: Part 3 of 3

Vivian had her last procedure to correct her choanal atresia this morning. She did really well, and our ENT is pleased with how well her little body is healing and allowing that new hole to remain open. Our doctor mentioned that this is a great way to start the new year. We agree - yay for breathing through two nostrils! And I'm looking forward to next December being totally hospital-free!

We're at home now, and Viv's sleeping off the anesthesia. I think I may go have myself a little nap, too. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers this morning.
